No. 14 was written and composed by Paul A. Rubens.     No. 19 was composed by A. D. Cammeyer.
Nos. 4, 5, 8, 10, 16, 17, 18 and 20 were composed by Ivan Caryll.
Nos. 22 and 24 were composed by Paul A. Rubens, and no. 23 was composed by Ernest Bucalossi.
