Nos. 1, 13, and 24 to 28 are by Lionel Monckton. Nos. 2, 4, 4a, 6, 17 and 22 are by Frank E. Tours.
No. 18 is attributed to Lionel Monckton and Ivan Caryll jointly, and all other items are by Ivan Caryll.
The six items composed by Frank E. Tours (1877-1963) are included here on the understanding that his heirs and descendants have raised no objections, and are in fact gratified that his music is thus being given an airing.
There is one other song by Gerald Grafton entitled "Dougal", sung by a Scottish character called "Jean" who is not listed in the cast. Knowing nothing about the composer, nor yet understanding how it fits into the story, I have not included it here.

You could also download a ZIP file containing the vocal items in Midi Karaoke format. This would allow you to follow the lyrics, provided you install the necessary vanBasco's Karaoke Player which you may obtain free of charge from their website.
